What is “Employee Experience” and what value does it add? Being able to truly empathise with employees and co-design solutions with them is a new hallmark for what it means to be a modern organisation. 

In this series of labs we will:

  • explore the elements of EX, looking at example organisations that are currently applying this thinking

  • experiment connecting EX and Customer Experience (CX) using a Silicon Valley model

  • create a roadmap for how you can start your get started journey mapping your organisations employee experience
